Good morning, folks! Whether you’re striving to reach your goals or simply trying to make it through the day, remember: it’s not how much weight you can lift, it’s how much you can carry. Personal and professional accolades and achievements are wonderful, but remember that they are simply outcomes. Growth and development happen incrementally through our consistent efforts, and that’s almost always part of the iceberg that no one else sees. Have faith, believe in yourself, keep grinding, and focus on the weight you carry. Have a wonderful day, everyone! TS

Good Monday morning, Cissna Park!! We're all just writing our own stories and doing the best we can with what we got. I hope the page you write today leaves you with more smiles than frowns. In the immortal words of The Bangles, "It's just another manic Monday." Now, try getting that song out of your head all day. You're welcome. : ) TS
