Kristina Phelan
President
Kristina Moved to Town in 2013 From Washington State. She Currently Teaches Kindergarten at Milford Grade School and Also Teaches Piano Lessons. Kristina Has 3 Children; 1 Graduated Cissna Park Schools and 2 Attend Schools Currently.

Brent Was Born and Raised in the Area and is a Former Graduate of Cissna Park School. He is a Farmer and Has 4 Children Who Currently Attend Cissna Park Schools.

Jason is a Farmer That Has Served on the Board for Many Years. He Has Two Children That Graduated From Cissna Park Schools and One Currently Attending.

Board Member Training:
State Law Requires That Newly Elected or Appointed Board Members Receive Training in the Following Areas:
open Meetings Act (Oma); Professional Development Leadership (Pdlt); and Performance Evaluation Reform Act (Pera). Oma Training is to Occur Within 90 Days of Being Seated or Appointed, While Pdlt is to Occur Within One Year of Being Seated or Appointed. Pera Training Must Occur Prior to Voting on a Dismissal Based Upon an “optional Alternative Evaluative Dismissal Process for Pera Evaluations.”
